Taking Risks

Life.  It isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass.  To fully live life, learn to dance in the rain.  Sing the song even if you do not know the tune.  Give your best despite the fear and the nervousness that you feel.  Recite a poem even if it doesn’t rhyme.

Take risks.  That’s what life is.  You should live it and sometimes you need to take risks.  Taking risks doesn’t mean you are being tactless with your actions.  In taking risks, be responsible and think of what you do.  Taking risks means that you should face your fears, never let opportunities just pass you by.

Have you experienced it sometimes that you have second thoughts about doing something and it actually takes you long to decide?  Then you realize that if you have done it earlier, you might have been finished already?  But you are still stuck there still thinking if you’ll do it or not.  I usually experience it when asked for an errand.  I complain that the store is far from the house that I don’t want to go there just to buy something my mother asked me to buy.  I have been complaining for minutes already.  But if I went to the store the moment she asked me to, I could have been back already.

Remember that every minute you waste is a minute you’ll never get back.  With the lost time, there’s nothing you can do but to regret.  You regret for not taking action immediately.
