In Grief

In grief, we usually feel like the world has turned its back on us, like we have lost everything. It feels like we can’t move another step in our life anymore. Those are just normal feelings especially if we lost someone close to our heart.

During these times, we must remember to take care of ourselves. Most importantly our health. It is during these times that we feel no hunger and we seem lost. Be sure to eat plenty to avoid yourself getting sick. Such illnesses couldn’t help any better with what you feel. Then, take plenty of sleep as much as possible. It is understandable that you get insomnia when in grief. But having a nice comfortable feeling after taking a bath or cleaning yourself before you jump to bed could help you go to sleep. There are various ways to get yourself drown to sleep. You just have to help yourself. Get yourself motivated.

It is important that we do not forget to take care of ourselves in grief moments. Though it may not be that easy, we need to motivate ourselves to fight off the thought in our mind. There may be a lot of things in our mind or may even be blank, but we need to insert the thought that we need to eat and take a rest. That way, our grief will eventually wear off.
