Acceptance
Depression are mostly caused by failure to accept reality. When something bad happens to us, we feel depressed. When we fail, we get sad and stuck to that feelings. Certain situations in our lives makes us quit our goals. Loss of a loved one is understandably a grief moment for us. It feels so hard to move on from that. Having financial problems sometimes gives us a feeling of self-pity and feels like we could no longer achieve our dreams.
What we really need to get off that feeling and start moving on is acceptance. If we lost someone we truly love, is there any way to get them back? Of course none. So why would we let ourself get stuck to depression or fear? We only need to accept the fact that they are gone. Sounds easy, huh? We may not accept it that easy but we need to start doing it so that we could start to move on. Eventually, we can fully accept it.
If you are an average person when it comes to financial status, accept it. Because if you won’t, tendency is you’ll act and spend like a millionaire. But if you have accepted it, you can enjoy the things that you can afford. Better yet, you’ll have the strong desire to earn more for a living.
Acceptance leads us to the right path of our goal. Remember that we need to accept reality because we’re living in a world of reality. To keep us moving on to our goals, accept whatever consequences we face with our decisions. We may make mistakes, but to accept it is the answer to get moving.
