The Law of the Garbage Truck

The Law of the Garbage Truck:

Many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it. And if you let them, they’ll dump it on you.

So when someone wants to dump on you, don’t take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them well and move on. Believe me. You’ll be happier.

Do you believe you’d be happier using The Law of The Garbage Truck?  I believe so.  These people has got their own problem and we have our own, too.  So why should we let them affect us?  We cannot even face our own problems at times so why add them to our burden?

This law of the garbage truck has brought me to senses.  The world is full of mess, only if you let yourself see it that way.  It is truly full of mess but we won’t see the beauty of the world and enjoy life if we mind these messes.  The law of the garbage truck brings us a positive attitude and a positive outlook towards life; handle the hard times in a positive manner and face the day with a smile.  I think, and believe that you’d be happier.

Think Lucky, Feel Lucky

Motivation is what we mostly need to keep ourselves from doing something or to help us achieve our goals. To get yourself motivated, you have to set your mind to it. So here is a simple strategy to keep yourself motivated. Think that you are lucky. When you wake up in the morning, or in starting your day, think and feel that this is your lucky day. When you feel lucky, you will be more positive towards your goal or the day ahead.

When you think that you are lucky, you will have to believe that you’ll be able to succeed with what you do and feel good about it. You will have less fear in doing things and will be more encouraged to work out your goals. You will be more motivated to achieve your goals because you feel like everything goes with your plans.

Feeling lucky is just a start for you to believe in yourself. I’m not really suggesting that you are indeed lucky. But just to use the idea that if you feel luck over yourself, you’ll be more positive towards your goal. It is important that you believe in yourself, so thinking that you are lucky may help.

Be Inspired Like How You Inspire Others

“Butterflies don’t know the color of their wings, but human eyes know how beautiful it is.  Likewise, you don’t know how good you are, but others can see you are special.”

This is actually true.  There are times when we really have low self-esteem.  We look down on ourself and we think that we are too hopeless for anything.  That we look ugly or something.  But what we don’t realize is that we have inspired someone’s lives.  That someone actually looks up to us and believe in us.  We gave them the motivation in doing things in life.

What we have to do is not to look how small we are compared to others.  We must look at ourself as different from them and has our own specialties.  If we think that they are better than us, don’t think that we are not even good.  Instead, be inspired by them like how you inspire others.  Turn this into a positive attitude.  It is not even a matter of achievements nor fame, nor wealth.  But it is a matter of happiness.  We may sometimes think that if we achieve the things that others have achieved, we will be happy.  But no.  We must think of our own happiness.  Think of what we want to do and then we make a choice.  Their achievement could be our inspiration in achieving our own goals.
